RECRUITER OF THE QUARTER:

Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Okay, so Trey Cameron didn’t win the Recruiter of the Month award for March.  No biggie . . . especially since made a total of 15 Network split placements during the first quarter of 2014.  That total is more than enough for him to win Recruiter of the Quarter honors.

The next-closest Network recruiter was Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search with seven split placements.  Seven splits in a quarter is excellent production—but Cameron more than doubled it.

LARGEST SPLIT FEE OF THE QUARTER:

Jay Laney
Jeff Oliver of Oliver Search Consulting and Jay Laney of The Williams Company

The position for this split placement was a Facility Manager.

Oliver was the job order recruiter, and Laney was the candidate recruiter.

The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as, “Regular communication with another Top Echelon Network recruiter.”

OUR CRITERIA FOR THESE RECRUITER AWARDS:

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly recruiter award winners based upon two things, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.
