Placement Details Have Been Updated on Your Recruiter Profile!

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERSA while back, we upgraded the Top Echelon Network software, including the Members’ Area and the Recruiter Profiles of the Preferred Member recruiters.

While the updated version represents a substantial upgrade over the previous version, it did leave out some of the details associated with the previous version, specifically details associated with the placements each Preferred Member has made.

I’m pleased to announce that we recently upgraded the software again.  Not only have we returned the old functionality in terms of placement information, but we’ve gone beyond that to provide even more details regarding each Member’s placements.

When you view a Member’s profile, you’ll see the number of job orders and candidates they have shared with the Network in a box on the right-hand side of the page, as well as the number of Network placements they’ve made.

When you click on the link that says “View Placements,” you’ll browse to a page that now shows the following details regarding each of their placements:

  • The name of the recruiter with whom they made the split
  • The position title
  • The fee amount
  • The fee percentage
  • The type of placements (permanent or contract)
  • Whether or not the recruiter had the job order or the candidate
  • The date of the placement
  • The status of the placement (open or closed)

New Placement DetailsNot only that, but the recruiter’s total cash-in amount is in the upper right-hand portion of the page in an orange font, beside the words “Total Cash-In Since Joining.”  And this is where we’ve taken things a step further: now you can see how much the recruiter has cashed in during every year they’ve been a Preferred Member.

All you have to do is click on the “Show a Specific Year” dropdown box located immediately below the total cash-in dollar amount.  Once you navigate to a specific year, you’ll see all the details of the placements associated with that year, as well as the cash-in total for that year.

This update is just one of the ways that we continually strive to provide the best experience possible for our Preferred Member recruiters.  If you have any questions about this change, or about your Preferred Membership in general, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
