New ‘Unsubscribe’ Feature with the Big Biller Emailer

One of the most popular features of the Big Biller recruiting software is its Emailer, and in an effort to make the Emailer an even better tool and ensure higher rates of deliverability, we’re announcing an upcoming change to this feature.

This change affects all Top Echelon Network Preferred Members who use the Big Biller software.

Starting on Thursday, January 23, any email sent through Big Biller to eleven (11) or more recipients will contain “unsubscribe” functionality within the email.

In other words, there will be wording located at the bottom of the email containing a link that will allow recipients to “opt out” of future emails from you.  This is in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.  That wording is as follows:

You may unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive our emails.

Of the seven requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act, two of them deal with opting out.  They are requirements #5and #6, which are listed below:
#5: Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you.

#6: Honor opt-out requests promptly.
As mentioned above, by instituting this change, we’re helping to ensure higher rates of deliverability for all users of the Big Biller Emailer—which, of course, is our ultimate goal.

However, we understand that you might have questions regarding this change, and we want to provide as much information as possible to help answer those questions.
