This video is for users of both the Standard Tier and the Pro Tier of TE Recruit. In terms of the former, Todd will present advanced search options you may not know existed, and for the latter, he will show you the ins and outs of the brand-new AI People Search feature.
Todd will demonstrate how AI People Search works across keyword and position title fields, allowing recruiters to identify candidates based on conceptual similarity rather than exact keyword matches. He will also explain how this enhancement reduces the need for complex Boolean strings, minimizes time spent refining searches, and helps recruiters discover qualified talent more efficiently.
In addition, you’ll get a sneak peek at upcoming Natural Language Search capabilities, which will allow recruiters to describe what they’re looking for in plain language and let the system interpret their intent. Todd will discuss how this technology fits into the future of recruiting search and how it can simplify the process of finding top candidates.
