More Face-to-Face Recruiter Networking: Hemminger and Marasco!

We at Top Echelon Network are continually emphasizing that Preferred Members should engage in face-to-face recruiter networking.  That’s one of the many reasons we hold a National Convention and Fall Conference every year.  But we also like to encourage Members to meet outside of those events, as well, and as often as possible.

The above photo was sent to Top Echelon by Network recruiter Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC.  Hemminger was out and about, and she found herself close enough to fellow Network recruiter Angela Marasco of A. Marasco Recruiting, LLC to meet her for some networking.  And of course, it was a great photo opportunity.

There’s an “Ohio connection” between the two recruiters, since MJ Recruiters is located in Tiffin and A. Marasco Recruiting is based in Bellbrook.  However, this is far from the first time that Hemminger and Marasco have met each other in person.

During their extensive tenures in Top Echelon, both have attended numerous TE conferences and conventions.  In fact, it would be safe to say that this won’t be the last time they see each other in person.

Not coincidentally, Hemminger and Marasco have also been very successful in the Network.  Hemminger has made a total of 96 placements in Top Echelon, while Marasco isn’t that far behind her with 86 placements.
