Making Your First Split Placement With a TE Recruiter
We’ve written about how to make Top Echelon Network split placements in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, and we’ve written about the importance of networking in the making of those placements.
One thing of which we never tire, though, is publishing comments from recruiters who have just made their first split placement with another recruiter. (And by that, we mean their first split placement as a member of Top Echelon Network with another Network member.)
The reason is simple. Below are some of the words and phrases that these members used after making their first split with another TE recruiter:
- “Awesome”
- “Fantastic”
- “Great”
- “Happy”
“First split” leads to “multiple splits”
It doesn’t get much more straightforward and clear-cut than that. However, here’s the really good part of all this:
Recruiters who make their first split placement together are now more likely to make multiple split placements together.
That’s because they’ve been through the process once, they enjoyed the process, they made a placement, and it was a positive experience (see the adjectives listed above). That’s because the journey of a hundred placements starts with a single one . . . or something like that.
If you’re looking to build and nurture trading partner relationships like the ones listed below, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS at 330.455.1433, x156 or via email at drea@topechelon.com.
