The Largest Split Fee of the Month for December

We know who made the final Largest Split Fee of the Month in Top Echelon Network during 2016. And now YOU do, too!

We have a return winner for the award, as well: Pamela Ratz DeVille, CPC of the MMS Group. Pamela has made a habit of making large placement fees in the Network. In fact, we chronicled some of those placement fees when she won this award for the month of October 2016.

Pamela has turned into quite the “covert” Top Producer in Top Echelon Network. After all, she’s currently 10th overall in the Network in terms of cash-in dollars during the past 12 months.

As we mentioned previously, Pamela started recruiting in 1985 and joined Top Echelon Network in 2007. Since that time, she’s made a total of 38 Network placements. Pam specializes in Healthcare and Managed Care, using her contacts within the Network to fill numerous positions that command hefty recruiting fees.

This begs the question: how many other repeat winners did we have in 2016? Well, that’s a question for another blog post, when we’ll run down all of the winners from last year. Not only that, but we’ll also announce which recruiters boasted the Largest Split Fee of the Year.

So congratulations to Pamela Ratz DeVille, Catherine Sousa, and everybody else who made placement fees (large and small) in December or during any other month in 2016!

The position for this split placement was a VP of Contracting. DeVille was the job order recruiter, and Sousa was the candidate recruiter.

The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as, “Regular communication with a Top Echelon Network member.”

The fee for this split placement was $41,800.
