Accomplishments:

Joan Walters has been a Preferred Member in Top Echelon Network on two separate occasions, the most recent starting in 2005.  However, she made her first Network placement in 1993, five years after she started recruiting.

Since that time, Walters has made 61 placements in the Network, including at least one placement every year since 2006.  That kind of steady, consistent production is one of the reasons that she’s garnered Recruiter of the Week honors.

Another reason is that Walters posts both jobs and candidates to the Network (eight and six, respectively, as of the writing of this blog post).  Active Participation is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, and Walters also adheres to that Pillar by attending Network events like the National Convention and the Fall Conference.

Walters is a split-minded recruiter who believes in networking, in building Trading Partner relationships to make split placements, and in leveraging the power of the Network to provide her clients with what they need to hire the best candidates available.
