Jim Petitpren: Another Model Top Echelon Network Recruiter

We’ve referred to more than a few recruiters as being a “model Top Echelon Network recruiter,” in other words, somebody who does everything they need to do to be successful and make split placements.

That moniker most definitely applies to Jim Petitpren of The PRA Group, Inc., the Recruiter of the Week for this week!

Petitpren joined the Network in February of 2012.  Since that time, he’s made a total of 10 split placements in Top Echelon, including eight in 2012 and eight more in 2013.  It’s only the middle of January, but he already has two Offers Accepted with other Network recruiters for 2014.

Of the 10 placements that Petitpren has made, seven of them have been with a different Trading Partner.

In addition, Petitpren regularly attends Network events like Top Echelon’s National Convention and Fall Conference.  This is where he meets other recruiters in his niche and forms Trading Partner relationships with them.  Then, when he returns to the office, he communicates with them on a regular basis, and that results insplit placements.

This further illustrates the fact that those recruiters who make an investment of time and energy into the Network receive a return on that investment in the form of more placement revenue.
