The Keynote Speaker for the 2014 National Convention is . . .
The 2014 Top Echelon Network National Convention will be here before you know it, and that’s why we’re pleased to announce that the keynote speaker for the convention is . . . Jordan Rayboy of Rayboy Insider Search!
We’re always on the lookout for new and rising talent in the recruiting and staffing industry, and Jordan definitely fits that description. I had the opportunity to hear him present sessions at the 2013 National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) Conference, and I was quite impressed with both his material and his speaking style.
As a result, I believe he will be a good fit for the upcoming National Convention and will provide plenty of value for the attendees.
Below is the official bio for Jordan Rayboy:
Jordan Rayboy began his recruiting career with MRI in 2000, while still a sophomore in college. After earning Regional Rookie of the Year and Overall Account Executive of the Year honors at age 20, he eventually was ranked Top Ten World-Wide by 2005. The following year, Rayboy struck out on his own, forming Rayboy Insider Search—the nation’s leading search firm in the Storage, Virtualization, and Infrastructure marketplace. He joined The Pinnacle Society in 2009 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011, currently serving as Member Education Chair. Rayboy eclipsed $1.2 million in billings in 2012.
Rayboy loves to give back to the industry that has given him so much, speaking at numerous Fordyce Forums and NAPS Conferences, as well as at state association meetings. He regularly contributes to The Fordyce Letter and has appeared in several training videos for Next Level Exchange. Rayboy believes that life is short and we should work to live, not the other way around. By building an effective virtual team and leveraging technology, Rayboy harnessed the mobility aspect of the search business to lead his firm while traveling full-time in a tour bus/RV with his wife Jeska and their four dogs. They’ve lived in 47 states, seven Canadian provinces, and both sides of Mexico during their adventure.
The dates for the 2014 Top Echelon Network National Convention are Thursday, April 10, through Saturday, April 12, and the location is the Renaissance SouthPark Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina.
And of course, since we’re going back to Charlotte, we’re also going back to Lowe’s Motor Speedway for theSecond Top Echelon 500! Those who attended the 2007 convention will remember the first race between Network Members in high-performance go-karts. Time for round two!
