How Much Do YOU Trust Your Trading Partners?

Trust is quite possibly the most important of The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network. If recruiters don’t trust each other, they can’t make split placements . . . or at the very least, they can’t make a LOT of them (which, of course, is the name of the game).

So to find out how much Top Echelon Network recruiters trust each other, we posted a poll question in the Members’ Area.

That question was as follows:

Do you have TE trading partners you would trust with the names of your clients?

Results:

The choice of answers that we provided is listed below, along with the percentage of recruiters that selected each one:

  • Yes, one partner — 6.8%
  • Yes, two partners — 6.0%
  • Yes, three partners — 16.2%
  • Yes, four partners — 3.4%
  • Yes, more than four partners — 61.5%
  • No — 6.0%

Analysis:

There’s a lot of good news in the results of this poll, starting with the fact that 94% of the recruiters participating in it trust at least one of their trading partners with the names of their clients!

Not only that, but a whopping 61.5% also trust more than four trading partners with the names of their clients! This is great news in terms of split placements within the Network because the more you trust, the more you earn.

There was also a healthy amount of recruiters that share the names of their clients with three trading partners (16.2%). There were smaller numbers who trust one partner (6.8%) and two partners (6.8%).

Only 6% of the recruiters participating in the poll indicated that they do not trust any of their trading partners to that degree.

Conclusion:

The most productive trading partner relationships in the history of Top Echelon Network (i.e., the ones that have produced the most split placements) have been the ones in which each recruiter trusted one another completely. This has been proven time and time again.

The majority of recruiters in the Network and certainly the majority of the top-producing recruiters in the Network trust their trading partners with the names of their clients. Yes, some recruiters would be scared to death to share those names with another recruiter, especially another recruiter within their industry and/or niche.

However, Top Echelon Network is ALL about trust. We’ve built the Network on trust, and we continue to foster the type of environment in which trust is repeatedly rewarded.
