Hemminger and Strickland Lead the Way with 3 Splits

We’ve highlighted individual Top Echelon Network recruiters before for making three split placements in a single week. (Well, for finalizing three splits in one week, at the very least.)

However, we have two Network recruiters who finalized three splits with each other in a single week! Those recruiters are Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Jim Strickland of BioSource Recruiters.

Maria and Jim’s three splits generated a total of $70,345. Take away Top Echelon’s 6% brokerage fee and the total becomes $66,124.30.

And since it’s a split placement, both Maria and Jim’s recruiting agencies received $33,062.15 last week as a result of those three splits. In case you’re wondering, their agencies paid $33.75 for Network membership last week ($135 per month divided by four weeks).

Pay $33 and receive $33,000.

That . . . is a pretty good return on investment. We don’t even need a calculator to tell us that.
