A ‘Golden Key’ to Top Echelon Network Success

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

The recruiters who enjoy success in Top Echelon Network are the ones who look for split partners.  They seek out other recruiters with whom they can work and share job orders and candidates.  And because they’re pro-active, they’re able to take advantage of opportunity when it comes calling.

Such is the case with Preferred Member recruiter Catherine Bateman of Woods & Paolino Recruiting Solutions, who’s made a total of 10 Network placements since joining Top Echelon Network.  In addition, she’s made those 10 splits in a little over 15 months.

Two of Bateman’s Trading Partners are represented below, and they fall at both ends of the spectrum for Bateman.  In other words, she’s made four split placements with one of them, and she just made her first split with the other.

Being pro-active isn’t one the Four Pillars of the Network (although Active Participation is), and it’s not one of the Golden Rules.  However, when it comes to enjoying success as a Preferred Member, consider it a “golden key” to attaining and maintaining that success.

“Tim was great to work with!  Besides moving through the process professionally, he shared great insights regarding recruiting in general.  I like working with someone who treats my candidates so professionally and keeps me informed.  I’m glad we made our first split and look forward to many more.”
