Early Bird Registration Ending for TE Connect!

For Katrina Pankuch, Founder and Recruiting Partner of Aspire Talent Solutions, attending TE Network conferences has become an important part of getting the most from her Network membership.

Since becoming a TE Network member, Pankuch has attended all but one conference, and she considers the events one of the best benefits of membership. That experience is one reason she plans to attend TE Connect Fall 2026 on October 29 and 30 at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare.

“Not only do you learn best practices from other successful firms, but it’s an opportunity to meet and truly connect with other partners, explore integrated tech stacks and value added services, and overall share common ground within our industry,” Pankuch said.

For recruiters who are considering attending TE Connect Fall 2026, there is also a financial reason to make that decision soon. Early Bird Registration ends September 19, and the registration price will increase by $100, from $375 to $475 per registrant, after the deadline.

Turning Connections into Placements

While education and exposure to new technology are important parts of TE Network conferences, Pankuch has also experienced how the relationships built at these events can translate into tangible business results.

During the TE conference in Florida, she had an opportunity to meet with Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS and some of the Network’s top importers. Those conversations helped her learn more about how other recruiters use TE Network and identify opportunities for greater collaboration.

The results followed.

“Since April, we have made two splits from the Network!” Pankuch said.

Those two placements are part of a larger track record of success for Aspire Talent Solutions within TE Network. Pankuch has made five placements through the Network during the past two years, demonstrating how active participation and relationship building can create opportunities that extend well beyond the conference itself.

That is one of the advantages of meeting other Network members face to face. Recruiters can learn more about each other’s specialties, clients, candidates, and recruiting styles, making it easier to recognize opportunities to work together once everyone returns to their desks.

More Than Education and Networking

Pankuch believes the value of attending extends beyond educational sessions and conversations with other recruiters. TE Connect also provides members with direct access to the people at Top Echelon who work behind the scenes to support their success.

“This is also the best time to connect with the talent behind the scenes of TE,” she said.

Those interactions can help recruiters discover Network resources they may not be using fully, learn how successful members approach split recruiting, and explore technology and services that could make their businesses more effective.

Just as important for Pankuch is the renewed energy she takes home after attending.

“Every conference revitalizes me to do and be better for my team,” she said.

For agency recruiters who spend much of their time focused on searches, candidates, clients, and placements, stepping outside the daily routine can provide a valuable opportunity to compare ideas with other firm owners and recruiters who understand the challenges of running a recruiting business.
