Download Our 2021 Recruiting Industry Report

The past 12 months in the employment marketplace and the job market have been interesting . . . to say the least.

When the COVID-19 virus first emerged last year, eventually turning into a pandemic, we at Top Echelon were not able to produce our annual State of the Recruiting Industry Report. And with good reason. The pandemic was throwing everything into disarray for everybody, including professional recruiters and executive search consultants.

The good news is that we’re back with our annual State of the Recruiting Industry Report for 2021!

As usual, this report is chock-full of information. However, that’s not the best part about it. The best part is that it’s FREE.

That’s right—all you have to do is click on the link below, fill out some quick information, and the report is yours. (Well, not actually yours. You have a copy of it . . . it’s really still ours, if you know what I mean.)

For this report, we surveyed recruiters throughout the industry, asking them to identify their biggest challenges, discuss their most effective strategies, and disclose their thoughts about the future of the profession. Their answers included the following:

  • The effect that the COVID-pandemic has had on their agency
  • The best ways to source quality candidates
  • Recruiters’ biggest problems with clients
  • Recruiters’ biggest problems with candidates
  • Recruiters’ top business priorities for 2021
  • What recruiters think about the future of the profession
  • And much more! (Because why wouldn’t there be much more?)

With all that has happened during the past year, you are probably eager to hear how other professional recruiters and executive search consultants fared during what was some of the most challenging conditions the industry has ever faced. So go ahead . . . indulge yourself:
