Don’t Be a Turkey—Attend a Virtual Core Group Meeting!

IThis month, the Virtual Core Group teleconference call schedule was affected by the Fall Conference. Next month is the Thanksgiving holiday, but I’m pleased to announce that the holiday will not affect the November VCG schedule.

Why is that? Because Thanksgiving is on Thursday, November 22.

We at Top Echelon Network won’t be in the office on Thursday, November 22. We also won’t be in the office on Friday, November 23, either.

However, even if we were, there would be no VCG groups meeting on that day, since it’s the fourth Thursday of the month. As of now, the VCG meetings only go through the third Thursday of each month (although I’m hoping that will change on day).

Virtual Core Group meetings are regularly scheduled conference calls for Preferred Member recruiters who work in the same industry or niche.

During these calls, recruiters share information about the activity they’re seeing, they share hot job orders and candidates, and they also bounce ideas off one another. These are the activities that lead most directly to making split placements.
