“Please note that I just renewed my Top Echelon Network Membership. This placement happened out-of-Network. However, I’m honoring the transaction in TE. Curt sent me this candidate years ago for another job order. The client called and said they were hiring for a new position. They also called to say they were willing to pay our firm something for introducing the candidate, although technically they owed no fee. So, since [Curt] sent us the resume, [he] deserves half the fee. It was also a catalyst for me to re-join the Network to make more splits! Congrats!”
