Top Echelon Software Updates and Upgrades

We’re continuously updating both the Top Echelon recruiting software and our split placement network software.

So we’re pleased to announce the following software updates!

1. [PRO] Inbound Email Sync

Connect your Microsoft or Google Workspace account to automatically sync incoming emails into TE Recruit. Messages are logged as activities on the appropriate records, eliminating manual logging and keeping all communication history centralized.

2. New CoRecruit Settings Page

You can now request a free CoRecruit trial directly within TE Recruit through the new CoRecruit settings page. Once submitted, a member of the CoRecruit team will reach out within 24 hours to help get you started.

Our integration with CoRecruit helps automate note-taking for phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings, then delivers those notes directly into TE Recruit as activities to help streamline the screening process.

3. New Device Login Verification

To help keep your data secure, you’ll now be sent a verification email when the system detects a login to any of our apps from an unrecognized device or browser.

When the update reaches your account, you will be required to verify any current devices and/or browsers for each of our products. This will not apply to users with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled.

4. Full-Width Resume Card View

You can now expand the resume card to a full-width layout at the bottom of People Datasheets.

This makes it easier to read, eliminating the need to zoom in or open it in a new window. Your preferred view will be saved and automatically applied moving forward.
