Celebrate the Holidays with More TE Split Placements!

The holidays are here! And there’s no better way to celebrate than with placements . . . TE split placements, specifically.

Top Echelon recruiters get fired up all the time about splits they’ve made with other Network members. So while they’re celebrating the holidays with their family, they’re also celebrating recent split placements with their friends in Top Echelon.

And as you can see below, there are plenty of reasons to celebrate. Here are just a few of them:

  • Making the first split placement with a trading partner after trying to make one with them for a number of years
  • Making your first placement with a new client within 30 days of taking the job order.
  • Being able to take job orders outside of your niche with confidence. The reason: you know that you can rely on other Top Echelon recruiters to help you fill them.
  • The simple fact that you have access to candidates that you would NOT have access to otherwise.

TE split placements in 2017

This year is drawing to a close, but a new year is upon us. That new year will bring with it new job orders and search assignments. That means new opportunities to work with your trading partners and make more TE split placements.

Which means, of course, more chances to celebrate!

If YOU want to celebrate more in 2017, then contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

“Finally . . . a placement with Jay Laney! We have been trying to do a split FOREVER! Jay is a great partner, and he is a Food & Beverage expert. He works my jobs and supplies qualified candidates for the positions. I love this network for this reason. I can take job orders out of niche and am able to rely on other people, like Jay, to supply candidates. Thank you, TEN!”
