Bob Small: 27 Placements Due to Attending TE Conferences!

Believe it or not, the Top Echelon Network Baltimore Conference is almost here!  The conference is scheduled for this Thursday and Friday at the Emabassy Suites Baltimore-BWI.  There are already 29 Preferred Members registered for the conference, and a few of them graciously agreed to talk about why they made the decision to attend.  (Including Bob Small of Carroll Technology Services, Inc., who has made a ton of placements as the result of attending TE events!)

Bob Small“I love attending the conferences not only for the training and the speakers, but meeting people really helps in getting comfortable with other recruiters in order to make splits!

I have made 27 placements due to attending the conferences!”

Jed Davis“I have always found that the TE conventions were great ways to establish interpersonal bonds and trust that would be much more difficult to establish over the phone, and in fact, most have led to placements.

“I look forward to seeing many of my associates in Baltimore!”

Eric Berg“It’s good to get away from the daily recruitment grind and get rejuvenated with new ideas, approaches, etc with one’s peers. Meeting people face to face helps to solidify professional relationships. It’s a quick way to let many affiliates know who you are as a person, what is your technical  expertise, and your approach to this business.

Eric Berg of JN Adams & Associates, Inc.

Larry Radzely“I attended the TE conference in Tampa in February of this year, was very pleased with the one day format, and came away with a wealth of information.  Greg Doersching is a great speaker and I am looking forward to hearing more of his ‘words of wisdom.’  I’m also looking to see old friends at the meeting as well as meeting new networking partners.  See you on the 23rd . . .”
