April Showers Bring Huge Placement Fees in May

You know the old saying: “April showers bring May flowers.” The only problem is that you can’t pay your mortgage bill with flowers. The solution? April showers also bring huge placement fees!

Well, not for everybody. But definitely for the two recruiters listed below. That’s because they nabbed the Largest Split Fee of the Month award for May.

Trading partners = placement fees

As far as the “showers” part is concerned, we’re talking about showering your trading partners with attention. That means:

  • Communicating with them on regular basis (daily, if possible)
  • Sending them your hot job orders and candidates
  • Trusting them to do their job during the placement process
  • Chipping in whenever necessary to ensure a successful placement

You don’t need to have 20 trading partners in Top Echelon’s recruiting network. The most successful recruiters in TE typically have between three and five grade-A partners. In actuality, you only need one trading partner in your niche with whom you work really well.

There have been trading partner relationships in the Network that have produced 10, 20, and 30 or more split placements. All you need is one trading partner . . . ONE. And you could score huge placement fees like the one highlighted below.

If you need help honing your split recruiting efforts, then contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
