An All-Star Lineup of Speakers for Connect 2023
As we recently announced, Early Bird Registration for the Top Echelon Connect 2023 event is now live. You can sign up for the convention at the Early Bird price of just $495 per person.
As a reminder, below is the logistical information associated with Connect 2023:
- Dates: Thursday, March 9, and Friday, March 10
- Location: Harrah’s New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana
- Room Rate: $195 per night
There will be a total of four speakers at Top Echelon Connect 2023. They include:
- Rob Mosley, Managing Partner at Next Level Mastery
- Stacy Napoles, Director of Training and Development at Next Level Exchange
- Greg Doersching, President of Next Level Training
- Todd Bossler of Top Echelon Software
The topics and subject matter of the sessions for the convention are still in the preliminary stages. As such, we’ll be releasing more information regarding those sessions in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.
In the meantime, below is some biographical information regarding the keynote speakers for Connect 2023:
Rob Mosely
Rob Mosley
Rob is a Managing Partner for Next Level Exchange, a global learning collaborative dedicated to the search and staffing Industry. Rob comes from MRINetwork Corporate, where he served as the Chief Learning Officer, responsible for all training and sales development of more than 1,100 offices worldwide.
In addition, Rob is a licensed facilitator for Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. He holds master certifications in Consultative Selling, Performance Coaching, Advanced Sales Negotiation, Strategic Client Communication, and Major Account Planning & Strategy.

After spending 15 years in the classroom as a teacher, Stacy transitioned her learning expertise to the corporate world. She has extensive experience in learning styles, writing curriculum, developing assessments, presentation skills, and creating individual growth and development plans. In addition, she has researched and implemented adult learning theory to support her ability to educate others.
Stacy partners with leaders to guide their teams to success through individual development plans and coaching. She assists in developing leadership skills for team leads and directors. As a team, they evaluate, diagnose, and coach employees to become craftsmen at what they do.
Greg Doersching
Greg Doersching
Greg is recognized as one of the leading trainers for recruiters in the United States. He speaks at seminars around the world on staffing best practices and is a recognized leader in integrating the latest technology with the best recruiting processes.
Recognized as one of the “Top Producers” for the state of Wisconsin, Greg served for two years as the President of the Wisconsin Association of Personnel Services and now sits on their Board of Directors. He has recently taken the opportunity to partner with The Daniel Group staffing firm to grow a world-class direct hire operation that will become the gold standard for the recruiting industry.
