A Close Race for Recruiter of the Month in April!

Usually, the race for Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network isn’t even close. Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group typically wins by a large margin. But not during the month of April!

That’s because while Trey made seven split placements during the month, Terry Rhodes of NewCareers racked up six splits. Terry has enjoyed a resurgence within the Network during the past year or so.

The race to dethrone Trey Cameron

Terry Rhodes of NewCareers

Terry Rhodes

Let’s start with the fact that Terry has made 165 career placements in the Network and cashed in close to $1.3 million. Terry made nine TE splits in 2017. However, he’s accelerated his production this year, making 15 placements already in 2018! (He’s currently #4 on the Network’s list of top-producing recruiters.)

We’ve already named Terry the Recruiter of the Week this year in the Network. And speaking of Recruiters of the Week, there are two more on the list below. Those two are Steve Zollner of The Sunridge Group and Vern Fuller of Knightsource, LLC.

Will the race for Recruiter of the Month be this close every month? Sadly, probably not. But one of these days, somebody will dethrone Trey Cameron for the award.

In the meantime, congratulations to everybody on the list below and everybody who made Top Echelon placements during the month of April!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is deemed the winner.
