We’re Celebrating Our Birthday with BIG Split Fees
What’s the best way to celebrate your birthday? With cake? Maybe a few presents? A get-together with some friends, both old and new?
Yes, yes, and yes.
But at Top Echelon, if there’s anything that we’ve learned since our inception 35 years ago, it’s that the best way to celebrate a birthday is with split placements!
Actually, allow me to add qualifier to that statement. Ahem . . . the best way to celebrate a birthday is with split placements that have BIG fees attached to them!
And as you can see below, we have such fees in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, which also happens to be the 35th Birthday Edition of the newsletter. Three of the fees are $30K or more and five of them are $25K or more.
Sure, you have to split the fee, but it’s like splitting a big birthday cake down the middle and eating half of it. Including the icing. With no ice cream. It can be filling.
