Re-Kindling Past Trading Partner Relationships
Donna Carroll, CPC of Systems Personnel and Matt Bruns of North Peak Group are both veterans of Top Echelon’s recruiting network.
Donna has been a member of the Network since 1994. (In fact, her agency is celebrating its 24th anniversary this month.) The North Peak Group, meanwhile, has been a member agency since June of 2000.
Donna and Matt have been split recruiting partners for years. In fact, the two made a placement together in 2005 and then made two more split placements in 2007. Right around that time, we highlighted the duo in The Pinnacle for being accountability partners. (At the time, we created The Pinnacle in Microsoft Word and delivered it in PDF format.)
A “blast from the past” in the present
But now, after a decade between deals, Donna and Matt are back! They made a single split placement in 2017 and have made two more this year. One of those placements in listed below.
So as you can see, “once a trading partner, always a trading partner” definitely applies to Top Echelon Network. If you’ve made a split with another member, it doesn’t matter how much time goes by. It could be a year. It could be a decade. You can still make another split with that person.
So keep reaching out to your trading partners. Share your job orders and candidates. Communicate with them often. Another split placement could be right around the corner.
Congratulations to Donna, to Matt, and to everybody else who made placements this week in Top Echelon Network!
And if you’re a newer member and you want to enjoy more success in our recruiting network, I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
