Network Top Producers in the Month of November
The year is drawing quickly to a close. Before you know it, 2019 will be here. However, before we rush headlong into the New Year, there is plenty of unfinished business for 2018.
Part of that business involves recognizing the Network top producers for the month of November!

As you can see by the list below, we have some of the usual suspects in our Network top producers for the month.
These recruiters are making multiple split placements every month. You don’t have to make that many to receive a substantial return on your split network membership. You don’t even have to make one per month. Just one every year will bring you a substantial return.
However, it requires a certain level of Active Participation, one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network. You must share job orders and candidates. You must communicate with other members.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:
1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements
This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.
