Have Quality Candidates? You’ll Make Placements
We publish posts regarding best practices for Top Echelon Network all the time in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. Many of these posts deal with sharing quality candidates. (Like, for instance, this one right here.)
However, we feel compelled to back up these posts with real-life examples of recruiters making split placements. In the case of this blog post, we’re presenting examples of recruiters making split placements as a result of sharing quality candidates.
Quality candidates = awesomeness
How do we know they were quality candidates? Two reasons:
- They resulted in placements.
- The recruiters involved said they were quality candidates. (See below.)
If you have quality candidates, then share them with the rest of the Network! If you can place the candidates yourself and earn full fees, that’s great. But if you can place them in other members’ job orders while you work your own orders, how awesome would that be?
You’re only one person, and you can’t place everybody in your database. Put your split partners to work. Share your quality candidates and let them help YOU make more placements!
