There are a lot of ways to be successful in Top Echelon’s recruiting network. However, it’s almost impossible without a firm grasp on the fundamentals and basics of membership. One of those fundamentals is your Top Echelon Network Profile.

I’ve addressed this issue in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog before, but I’m doing it again. That’s because if you at the top producers in this network, you’ll notice they have great Network profiles. And it doesn’t take much effort. It just takes a bit of time.

But remember: this is an investment that you’re making. It’s an investment in your recruiting desk and in your agency.
