‘I Couldn’t Ask for More From a Friend or Trading Partner’
‘Tis the season to be thankful for and to enjoy all of the good things in life . . . and that includes your Trading Partners in Top Echelon Network.
This week in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we have two recruiters who went “above and beyond” in thanking their Trading Partner for the work they did in a recent placement. They did that because the Trading Partner went “above and beyond” in terms of the work they put in and the effort they made.
But these recruiters are more than Trading Partners. They’re also friends, and these are just two examples of the types of relationships that exist in Top Echelon Network. When you join the Network, you do so for the chance to make split placements.
But once you join, you also discover that you have the chance to make friends. And ‘tis the season to be thankful for those, as well.
Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!

“Eric noticed the order as soon as I ordered it into the TE system and called me with a hot candidate. He subsequently sent me nine candidates, and six were interviewed. Eric was on top of the process and an immense help, as I was buried in searches at the time.”

“Rich Harrold deserves all of the credit. He saw my job order, contacted a guy he remembered, recruited him, carefully screened him, made a presentation I only had to put my name on before pitching, and then counseled the candidate through every step of the process, including the negotiation. I couldn’t ask for more from a friend or Trading Partner.”
