I’m Adding Healthcare and Insurance to the VCG Schedule!

Every month, we hold Virtual Core Group (VCG) teleconference calls for Preferred Member recruiters in Top Echelon Network, and every month, I encourage the formation of new groups.

Or in the case of this month, the re-formation of groups that existed in the past.

The groups in question are the Healthcare group and the Insurance group.  These groups were discontinued due to lack of participation.  However, there has been renewed interest by recruiters who work in both industries, and that’s the reason I’m adding them (or re-adding them) to the schedule.

The teleconference calls for both of these groups will be on the same day: Thursday, March 20.  The Healthcare group is first at 11 a.m., while the Insurance Group will convene later at 2 p.m.  I’m excited about these groups getting back together, and I’m looking forward to the split placements that will surely result from them!

During these teleconference calls, Network recruiters share hot job orders and candidates, information about the activity they’re seeing, and ideas for increased production on their desk and within their firms.  These are the activities that lead most directly to making more placements.
