Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group

Cameron was the only Network recruiter to make six split placements in Top Echelon during the month of February.  He made seven split placements in January, which means at this pace, he could make close to 80 Network splits this year.  Now THAT is crazy.  (Crazy money, that is.)

Four Network recruiters made two split placements apiece in February.  They were Jay Laney of The Williams Company; James Compton of Compton & Associates; Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc.; and Bruce Mendenhall of Acloche Executive Search.

OUR CRITERIA FOR THESE RECRUITER AWARDS:

Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.
