Recognizing the Network’s Top Producers: 7/14/10

Top-Producing RecruitersWith Top Echelon’s recruiter networks, we do our best to recognize our Top Producers, those recruiters who consistently make placements within the Network, split or otherwise.  One of the traditional ways in which we’ve honored these Preferred Members in the past is during our annual awards banquet at the National Convention every spring.  Each award winner has been recognized, and if they’re in attendance, they’ve received their award on the spot and in front of their peers.  However, we also recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in The Pinnacle blog.

For the monthly awards, winners are announced in three categories–Recruiter of the Month, Highest Split Fee of the Month, and Highest Non-Split Fee of the Month.  Similar awards are announced on a quarterly basis.  With the announcement of June’s award winners, we’re also including the specific criteria that we use to determine the winners of both the monthly and quarterly awards. We’ve included it in order to clarify any discrepancies that recruiters may believe exist and also to explain our rationale for awarding Members for performance.

 Dan made a total of five placements during the second quarter, and those five placements brought him a cash-in total of $35,720.  Two Preferred Members made four placements each during the quarter.  Those two were Sean Napoles of Career Brokers, Inc. ($34,180) and Rebecca Kohn of Affinity Executive Search ($31,607).

Sean made a total of three placements during the month of June.  Those three brought him a cash-in total of $29,198.75.  Four recruiters made two placements each during the month. They were David Wood of The David Wood Company ($39,950)Eric V. Stearley, CPC of Eric V. Stearley, CPC & Associates ($36,947); Glenda Smith of Metaljobs Network ($34,035); and David Smith of Merit Consulting, Inc. ($25,615).

This placement was for a Vice President of Sales.  The starting salary was $180,000, and Eric and Brian earned a 25% fee as a result of the placement.

Highest Split Fee of the Month–$45,000

These guys look familar and well they should.  When you split a $45,000 fee, that’s an accomplishment that’s going to be tough to beat during any month of the year.

The position for this placement was a Maintenance Planner. The starting salary was $130,000, and David’s fee for placing the candidate was 25%.  He made the placement through Top Echelon’s corporate website.

Once again, not only did Wood win the award for Highest Non-Split Fee of the Month during the second quarter, he also captured the award for the month of June.  A non-split fee in excess of $30,000 will do that for you.

Our criteria for these awards:

Top Echelon Network is a split fee recruiting network.  As such, we place an emphasis on split placements, and that emphasis constitutes a large part of our criteria for these awards.  We determine the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two things:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned
