$58,750 Split Tops This Week’s TE Placements

While reigning TE Network Recruiter of the Year Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting was well represented once again in this week’s tally of split placements, it was another pair of recruiters who were responsible for the largest split fee of the week.

Those recruiters are Teresa Pernini of Pernini Legal, LLC and Rob Sappenfield of Sappenfield Staffing. Teresa and Rob placed an Associate Attorney – Labor and Employment, earning a recruiting feel of $58,750 in the process.

Don’t be sad for Brad, though. As you can see below, he was part of six split placements recently, helping him to maintain his lead in the race for Recruiter for the Year honors in 2026.
