Your Network Activity: Communication is Everything

Communication is everything!

As we progress with technology, we have to find ways to adapt our communication to be more streamlined and efficient.

We at Top Echelon Network have made leaps and bounds to advance the tools with which you work, namely the Big Biller recruiting software and the Top Echelon Network split placement software.

But Communication, one of The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, is still vital to you and your trading partners. Everybody needs to be aware of the new tools and methods, so there is not a lapse in communication between partners.

Here is the simplicity of the system.

If you send a candidate to another recruiter’s job, please do it through the system. There are a variety of ways to submit candidates. They include the following:

  • TEN Jobs Feed
  • Network Candidates Request
  • Direct submission to a Network Job

Using these system tools will allow the job order recruiter to properly track from whom that candidate was submitted and properly communicate to the candidate recruiter the following steps. Without this, there is more work for the job order recruiter, as well as the likelihood that communication will break down.

As the job order recruiter, when you thumbs up/down or delete somebody’s candidate, the candidate recruiter is notified through the software.

As you progress with that candidate and create activities with them, be sure to share Activity Details. Remember, these are your trusted partners with whom you make money!

When the Offer is Accepted on a split, move the candidate into the placement stage of the job by selecting the last bubble in the In Play/Current Stage (see below):

This prompts the placement form to be filled out. Follow the prompts to fill out the form. When you save the form, your trading partner will be notified.

It’s that easy! Using the system allows you to keep track of all of your activities with your jobs and your trading partners’ candidates without sending additional emails, texts, etc.

Remember, Top Echelon Network is built on its partners trusting one another. One certain foundation of trust is regular communication.

While the Top Echelon system is helping you keep track of things so much easier . . . you should always be talking to your partners on the phone on a consistent basis. Because as I mentioned at the beginning of this blog post, communication is everything!
