We Have Another New Face in Our Monthly Recruiting Awards!
At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.
We recognize these recruiters by announcing the recruiter network awards that they’ve won in the pages of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.
Okay, so Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group is once again part of our monthly recruiting awards. Big surprise there. However, continuing a trend that has occurred since the beginning of the year, we have another new face associated with these awards.
That new face is Hayley Sykes of Coalesce Recruiting, who is part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award. Sykes has made two placements in the Network, and both have been with Catherine Reynolds of OnBoard Recruitment Advisers and both produced sizeable fees.
Congratulations to Hayley and Catherine on their successful Trading Partner relationship. May it produce even more split placements and large fees in the future!

Cameron once again won this award with 14 split placements during the month of April, while Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search and Kenny Frey, CERS of The Frey Consulting Group, Inc. both made four placements.
In addition, two Network recruiters made three split placements apiece in April. They were Ron Sunshine of Ron Sunshine Associates and Nick Stoia of ASAP Search & Recruiters.

Largest Split Fee of the Month:
Catherine Reynolds of OnBoard Recruitment Advisers and Hayley Sykes of Coalesce Recruiting
The position for this split placement was a Analytics Consultant. Reynolds was the job order recruiter, and Sykes was the candidate recruiter.
The action that stimulated this split placement was listed as, “Regular communication with another Top Echelon Network Preferred Member recruiter.”

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiter network awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:
1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements
This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.
