Two More Agencies Inducted into the TE Hall of Fame

Along with countless recruiters, we’ve already inducted two recruiting agencies into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame. Quick, do you know which ones? Here are two hints:

  1. MJ Recruiters, LLC in Tiffin, Ohio
  2. KB Search Team, LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana

With those two hints, you should not know which agencies have already been inducted into the Top Echelon HOF. But do you know which recruiting agencies will be inducted next?

What’s that? You want more hints? Sorry, we’re fresh out.

However, what we will do is reveal those agencies in the induction announcements below. Because, after all, that IS the point of this blog post . . .

COMMITMENT: Making 100 placements in Top Echelon’s recruiting network is no easy feat. After all, if it was, then everybody would be doing it.

But that is not the case. It requires a number of things, including talent, expertise, commitment, and perseverance—to name just a few. That’s why those who have made 100 or more placements in TE Network have been enshrined into our first Hall of Fame class.

And it’s why Chris Ramsay, CPC of Corporate Resources, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio has also been enshrined!

Chris has enjoyed a long and successful recruiting career, both inside of Top Echelon Network and outside of it. In terms of the former, she’s made a total of 102 TE placements during her 25 years as a Network member.

During the course of the past two and a half decades, Chris has worked with a number of recruiters at Corporate Resources who were also very active in the Network. Specifically, she has specialized in Engineering and Manufacturing positions, from mid-level engineers to plant managers and director level.

According to Top Echelon President Mark Demaree, Chris has consistently produced at a high level during her time in the Network and her spot in the Hall of Fame is well deserved.

“Chris has long been a proponent of split placements and the networking necessary to make them happen,” said Mark. “Her commitment to the Network and her trading partners has been evident during the past 25 years, and I congratulate her on this prestigious accomplishment.”

THE POWER OF MANY: While there are multiple agencies in Top Echelon Network that have made more than the 290 placements that Corporate Resources, LLC has made in TE, the majority of those agencies have been carried to that placement total on the shoulders, so to speak, of one recruiter.

Corporate Resources—based in Cincinnati, Ohio—is an exception to that rule.

We know, of course, that Chris Ramsay, CPC has accounted for 102 of those 290 placements. For her efforts, she’s been inducted into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame on an individual basis. However, that still leaves 188 other TE placements that recruiters in Corporate Resources have made since the agency joined the Network in 1992.

During the past 32 years, there have been many recruiters who’ve worked for Corporate Resources, some of whom have left and/or retired from the profession. Their placements, of course, obviously count toward the agency’s overall Network placement total.

As far as active recruiters in the Network are concerned, Corporate Resources partner Carol Brinkman has made 46 TE placements and recruiter Dan Winters has contributed 11 splits.

According to Top Echelon President Mark Demaree, Corporate Resources has been a model member agency in Top Echelon since the day it joined the Network.

“We’ve always been proud of the fact that we’ve had a number of fantastic recruiting agencies join the Network hailing from the great state of Ohio, and Corporate Resources is certainly one of those agencies,” said Mark. “The production and professionalism of their recruiters has been nearly unparalleled during their 32 years in Top Echelon, and Corporate Resources fully deserves its HOF induction.”

AUTOMATIC: Automationtechies.com in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is a recruiting agency that will soon be celebrating a quarter century of excellence within the profession.

And that excellence has also been reflected in its status as a Top Echelon Network member agency during that same timeframe. In fact, the recruiters of Automationtechies.com have racked up 144 TE placements during the past two decades.

As a result, Automationtechies.com is now a member of the Top Echelon Hall of Fame!

The agency is unique in the 2024 induction class in that it’s the only HOF agency that does not have an individual recruiter who has also been inducted. Automationtechies.com’s status as an HOF agency has been a team effort, spearheaded by President Alan Carty.

Not only has Alan made 44 TE placements during his time in the Network, but he was also a Top Producer in Top Echelon Contracting, which is now Foxhire. Other recruiters making major contributions to the agency’s placement total in the Network include Kristy Fangman (24 splits), Michelle Johnson (22 splits), and Kristy Fitch (11 splits).

“Automationtechies.com has been a model of consistency down through the years,” said Top Echelon President Mark Demaree. “Their entire agency has invested time, energy, and effort into the split placement process, and it’s paid off for them and their trading partners. Without a doubt, it’s been one of the most successful member agencies in the history of the Network.”
