Top 10 Recruiters in TE During the Fourth Quarter
Okay, so Top Echelon Network Member Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group was NOT the Recruiter of the Month in November.
And he was NOT the Recruiter of the Month in December.
However, Trey was NOT to be denied in terms of the Recruiter of the Quarter Award for the fourth quarter of 2019. (And he was not to be denied in terms of the Recruiter of the Year Award for 2019, but that’s a blog post for another time.)
Of course, the two recruiters who beat Trey for Recruiter of the Month honors—Steve Kohn and Shree Kumar—were also among the top 10 recruiters in the Network during the fourth quarter. And there are plenty of other familiar faces on the list below.
We recently published a blog post about the return that you can earn on your investment in Top Echelon by making just one Network placement each year. Top Echelon’s split network determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:
1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements
This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest cash-in total for their placements is deemed the winner.
