The Largest Split Fee of the Month: $55,000

We’ve already discussed how Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group and Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing are familiar faces in the Recruiter of the Month standings in TE Network.

And one of the reasons why they’re in the top five for the month of August is that they’re both responsible for the Largest Split Fee of the Month! More specifically, Michael and Amy placed a Director of Operations to earn a $55,000 split recruiting fee at 25%.

However, that is not the end of the story. Amy also made a split with the reigning Top Echelon Recruiter of the Year Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting. That split yielded a fee of $37,500. That was good enough for second place in August.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!
