Every year, Top Echelon® Contracting tracks the largest contract placements made through our back-office.  This year, we are happy to report that our largest placement in 2012 was a split placement between two Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network.

The placement occurred between job order recruiter Jim Brown of Galileo Search and candidate recruiter Jim Strickland of BioSource International.  They placed an Interim Patient Safety Officer at a 250+ bed acute care facility.

The placement lasted nine months, and each recruiter earned $24,782.26 over the course of the assignment.

This just goes to show that there is money to be made in contract staffing. As employers continue to look for ways to contain costs in the face of additional employment regulations and continued economic uncertainty, the opportunities to increase your income through contract staffing are only going to grow.
