There has been a trend in the Network lately, one in which newer Members have been part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award in TE.

That trend is NOT continuing this month.

That’s because not only did two long-time Network Members make their first split together recently, but that split also represents the Largest Split Fee of the Month for November!

Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc. joined Top Echelon Network in 2010. Since joining, she’s made 59 split placements.

Hani Mussa of KnowHireMatch, LLC joined Top Echelon Network in 2001. Since joining, he’s made 57 split placements.

Kerry and Hani have been in the Network for a combined 27 years. And when they made their first split together, the amount of the fee associated with that split was $45,000.

Once again, it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a Network Member. It doesn’t matter who you’ve made splits with and who you haven’t.

If you practice the Top Echelon Network Pillar of Active Participation, then you increase the chances that you’ll make more placements and enjoy more success.

So congratulations to Kerry and Hani for making this placement and for earning the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award for November!

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Welcome to the first post in our new blog series titled “Network Hacks.” We call them “hacks” not because of a security risk or anything like that, but because these are tips and tricks that will help you to experience more success as a Member of Top Echelon’s recruiting network.

The first blog post in our series deals with the People Dashboard.

The People Dashboard is a powerful tool, and all you need to do to harness and leverage its power is to understand how to integrate it into your workflow and make it a profit generator for your desk.

Having the People Dashboard open at all times, much like your email, will allow you to recognize the value that Top Echelon’s tools provide for you.

If you have not been diligent and kept up with the Candidate Inbox or Requests Received tools on Your Dashboard, there will be some preliminary clean-up work. This is similar to the work you would have to do in your email inbox if you were about to step away for a vacation.

However, once you have tidied things up, you should have a fantastic workspace that will yield split placements.

However, if you don’t prefer to watch videos (or if you prefer to watch videos AND read), below are some written instructions:

Step 1:

  • The first place to dig into is the Candidate Inbox. What has come in from all of your advertising efforts through Top Echelon?
    • Your Job Board
    • Job Posting Tool
    • Your internal submissions by your team
    • TEN Shares which are directly sent to you from TE split recruiting partners
    • TEN Jobs Feed: from marketing, recruiting, and advertising efforts from TE partners/ websites
  • It only takes seconds to screen and qualify/disqualify/delete any submission in the Candidate Inbox.
    • Preview the candidate. Decide to do one of the following three things:
      1. Thumbs Up—They move to the qualifying stages in the pipeline for the job they were submitted
      2. Thumbs Down—They are disqualified for that job, but saved to Big Biller and the Pipeline Source for that candidate is tracked, so you can easily see where you are receiving candidates.
      3. Trash Can—They are deleted from your Big Biller and the pipeline.  However, they are still retrievable from the Deleted Records section for 30 days in Settings, in case you change your mind.
      4. Whichever action you choose, your TE partner will receive a notification so they are aware of what happened in regards to their recruiting efforts with you.

Step 2:

  • Requests Received
    • This is where other Top Echelon Network partners are running searches through the powerful Network Candidates tool and finding the candidates you have which are collecting dust. The Network Candidates tool allows other Members to run searches on resume keywords, skills, position titles to discover you as a trading partner who has candidates for their roles. This is a money-making tool with three easy steps for you to share the candidates requested:
      1. Preview the candidate.
      2. Preview the job.
      3. Decide.
        • Accept request to share.
        • Decline request to share.

If you want to learn more about the Network Candidates Tool and how it operates, access the Help Center and search “Candidate Inbox.

The Candidate Outbox is exactly what it sounds like. This tool contains:

  • Candidates from your TEN Jobs Feed who have applied for your trading partners’ jobs
  • Your candidates that you’ve shared directly with your partners
  • Candidates sent as a result of Network Requests

The Requests Sent shows you which candidates your partners have requested that you share and that you’ve shared with them.

Now that you’re aware of how easy these tools are, you can implement more easily into your daily activity. And once you do that, it will only be a matter of time before you see a return on your investment of time, energy, and effort.

That somebody is Shree Kumar of Max Populi, LLC. Shree made nine split placements during the month of November. Trey, who typically averages in double digits in terms of Network placements during any given month, made eight splits.

Shree has made 36 TE splits since joining the Network nearly three years ago. As a Top Producer, she’s been named Recruiter of the Week, and now she’s won the Recruiter of the Month Award.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.

We had a record 26 recruiting agencies join Top Echelon Network during the month of October!

However, a total of 14 agencies did join our recruiting network during the month of November. And that number is right in line with our monthly average for 2019.

As you can see, our 14 new Network agencies are listed below. As always, please welcome these agencies and the recruiters who are part of these agencies to Top Echelon. At the very least, send them an email.

If they work in your areas of specialization, give them a call. You never know. You could make split placements with them!

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for Membership in the Members’ Area of the Top Echelon website. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new Members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the name of the agency, the geographic location of the agency, and the agency’s specialties. These agencies work in a variety of industries and niches.

Despite what the above photo might suggest, we don’t actually give out gifts for Network agencies celebrating an anniversary in Top Echelon. But we do give recognition!

And this month, we want to recognize three recruiting agencies that are celebrating their 25th anniversary as a Member of Top Echelon Network. Those agencies are as follows:
