What’s the only thing better than landing recruiting fees in TE Network?

Landing BIG recruiting fees in TE Network, that’s what! (Actually, landing multiple BIG recruiting fees would be best . . . you know, if you’re keeping score at home.)

And the “biggest of the big” recruiting fee in TE Network for the month of November was $40,750. The recruiters earning that fee were Carol Calvano of Calvano Search Consultants, LLC and Orlando Bullock of KBOtek, LLC.

And, as you might have noticed, the Recruiter of the Month in TE Network for November, Sara Alexandroff, scored two fees in the top five during the month. The fees associated with those placements were $37,200 and $35,000.

So somebody DID land multiple big recruiting fees in TE Network during November!

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, LLC has done it again.

What has she done, you may ask? Why, she’s won Recruiter of the Month honors in TE Network!

With Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting dominating the award for much of the year, Sara has staked her claim to being a multiple winner herself.

And as you can see below, she is also slowly approaching the TE Network milestones of 100 split placements and $1 million cash-in.

At her current pace of production, in another couple years, she will find herself in the Top Echelon Hall of Fame!

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

It’s the last month of 2024! Which means we have the TE Network anniversaries for the last month of 2024!

And as you can see below, we have some big anniversaries this month. In fact, we have two recruiting agencies that are celebrating their 30th anniversary in TE Network. They are:

  • Alternate Route in San Diego, California
  • The David Wood Company in Vancouver, Washington

However, we also have a pair of recruiting agencies that are celebrating TE Network anniversaries of more than 20 years. They are:

  • LS Doll & Associates in Orland Park, Illinois
  • Personnel Services Unlimited in Shelby, North Carolina

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of December!

Okay, this where the “rubber meets the road,” so to speak.

That’s because we’re at the billings stage of our “Planning Your Network Success” series of blog posts. Specifically, I’m going to discuss how much the recruiters in each of The 5 Stages of a Networker typically bill within Top Echelon Network.

Because after all, what’s the bottom line when it comes to membership in a recruiting network?

Making placements!

As you might imagine, the higher level of a networker that a recruiter is, the more they’ll bill in Top Echelon Network. (And in actuality, the more they’ll bill overall, as well).

This is why we’re such big advocates of recruiter networking events, especially our Virtual Core Groups. Networking works and it works well on a number of different levels.

So, without further adieu, here’s what more networking could do for your billings in Top Echelon:

Stage 1 Networker:

Their billings are typically $0, whether it’s a good economy or a bad economy.

Stage 2 Networker:

Their billings are typically $0 to $10,000 during a 12-month period. In a strong economy, the Stage 2 Networker does not recognize the value of the Network to their bottom line.

Stage 3 Networker:

Their billings are typically $15,000 to $30,000 during a 12-month period, depending upon the economy. The Stage 3 Networker knows that their split recruiting business is important to their bottom line in both a good and bad economy.

Stage 4 Networker:

Their billings are typically $45,000 to $85,000 during a 12-month period. The Stage 4 Networker knows that their split business is important to their bottom line in both a good and bad economy.

Stage 5 Networker:

Their billings are typically $90,000 to $210,000 per year, depending upon the economy. A Stage 5 Networker recognizes that the machine needs to be oiled in both good times and bad times. They use the Network to make split placements under ALL economic conditions.
