This is the quarterly issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, and as such, we have some special blog posts in this issue.

For instance, there are the top 10 recruiters for the third quarter of 2022. In addition, we have the top 10 largest split fees of the quarter.

However, I wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect upon the year to this point within the Network. Specifically, I want to reflect upon the success that Network recruiters have enjoyed. That’s because, while there is no doubt that 2021 was a successful year for Network recruiters, this year is shaping up to be even better.

In fact, I’m pleased to announce that Top Echelon recruiters have billed roughly $2 million more through the Network during the first nine months of the year than during the same timeframe in 2021!

Since the average fee in the Network is approximately $20K, that means Network recruiters have made about 100 more split placements so far this year. And for that, I would like to congratulate each and every recruiter who has made a TE split in 2022.

And if you haven’t made a split yet, there is still plenty of time left in the year to do so. In the meantime, below are two mission-critical priorities for all members of Top Echelon Network:

#1—Understand and practice The Four Pillars.

The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network are Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation. If I had to list them differently in a way that would convey the proper order in which they operate within TE, that list would be Active Participation, Communication, Quality, and Trust.

Trust is the end result of practicing the other three Pillars. When split recruiting partners trust each other, there is almost no limit to the amount of money they can make together.

#2—Understand the Network software.

There is power in the Network software, from the Dashboard to the Discussion Forum to the Network Candidates sourcing tool and everything in between. The good news is that we provide ongoing training in regards to both your membership and the Network software.

Top Echelon Network Liaison River Kale

River Kale

Specifically, Top Echelon Network Support Specialist River Kale conducts a Basic Training session for Network members at 3:30 p.m., Eastern Time every Friday. I highly recommend attending one of these sessions if you want to take your membership to the next level and start making some serious money.

Click here to register for your Network Basic Training time slot!

There are less than three months remaining in the year, but we at Top Echelon are optimistic about the rest of 2022. We’re also optimistic about 2023, partly because that’s our collective nature, but mostly because we know that our Network is comprised of some of the very best recruiting agencies and search consultants in the profession.

Let’s make it a great fourth quarter of the year!

It’s the end of another quarter, which means that Top Echelon is pleased to present the largest split recruiting fees earned in our Network!

As you can see below, congratulations are in order for Abby Kohut of Staffing Symphony, LLC and Larry Gallin of Gallin Associates, who captured the top spot for the third quarter. Abby and Larry placed a Vice President of HR to earn a $55K fee at 20%.

In addition, Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. was part of four of the top 10 recruiting fees of the quarter. Steve made splits with four other Network members, with the fees from those splits totaling $182,250.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the third quarter of 2022!

Once again, it’s a fight for supremacy in Top Echelon Network between Michael Stuck, Trey Cameron, and Steve Kohn.

The trio finished 1-2-3 in the Network during the third quarter, with Michael continuing to add to his impressive 2022 performance on the heels of winning Recruiter of the Year honors in 2021.

However, there were other Network members who also enjoyed a stellar Q3, as you can see below. Despite rumblings in the news media about the possibility of a recession, employers still want to hire and they still want to use recruiters to help them do so!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

Top Echelon Network recruiters racked up another dozen split placements recently, continuing a streak of hitting at least double digits every week.

Included in those dozen splits was a placement that generated a $30K fee!

Congratulations are in order for Kristy Staggs of Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. and Devin Earney of Riverscape Search Agency. Kristy and Devin placed a Human Resources Director to earn that split fee of $30K. And to make it even better, this is Devin’s first split placement in Top Echelon Network!

On an individual basis, Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group once again led the way, as he was part of four split placements last week, two of which were with Mike Burks of T. Burks & Associates.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from October 10 through October 16, 2022.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

Brad Bialy of Haley Marketing.

Brad Bialy

We record these webinars for those recruiters who can’t attend the live presentation, and we’re now pleased to offer the video from our most recent webinar by Brad Bialy, Director of Digital Marketing at Haley Marketing.

The title of that webinar (and corresponding training video) is “4 Proven Ways to Getting MORE Out of Your Candidate Database.”

Below is the official description for this training video:

— — —

How many contacts are in your database? 1,000? 10,000? 100,000? MORE?!

Does the thought of communicating with everyone in your database make you a bit anxious? (It’s okay if it does. We’re going to work on that!)

When you begin a new search, do you find yourself going out and starting from scratch instead of going back to the database you’ve spent thousands of dollars to develop?

In this quick-hitting new webinar video in the Top Echelon Expert Recruiter Coaching Series by Brad Bialy, Director of Digital Marketing at Haley Marketing, we’ll uncover four keys to getting MORE out of your candidate database.

How do we know these ideas and strategies work?

Because they follow playbooks from leading companies like Amazon, Uber, Instacart, and GNC!

Takeaways from this training video:

  • We’ll unpack the same advertising strategy that makes Amazon successful.
  • Email examples from Uber, Instacart, and Amazon built to drive responses
  • Personalized automation that drives repeat business for GNC
  • Deliberate messaging for MPCs

Find more of the candidates that your clients want to hire. Watch this training video and discover “4 Proven Ways to Getting MORE Out of Your Candidate Database”!
