There is money to be made in TE Network.

And nobody knows that better than the recruiters who have made split placements recently in the Network. And that includes recruiters Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Bob Calamita of Execu-Tech.

That’s because Christina and Bob placed a VP of Finance Operations to earn a recruiting fee of $42,000 at 20%. As you might have guessed, that qualified as the largest split fee of the week in TE Network.

Congratulations are also in order for Charlie Isgette of Marlie Park Group. That’s because Charlie made his first TE split placement as a Network member, placing a Refrigeration Technician with Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting. The pair split a recruiting fee of $17,222 at 18%.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from September 29 through October 12, 2025.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Once again, congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

And if you’ve been keeping score at home, we’re almost done announcing the 2025 inductees into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame.

The first one was Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing.

The second was Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, Inc.

The third was Joe Cresci of Food Management Search.

The fourth was Gary Elias of Elias Associates, Inc.

And our fifth and final inductee for 2025 is . . . Ann Boland of The Boland Group in Catonsville, Maryland!

The Boland Group joined TE Network in November of 2021, meaning that Ann has been a member of the Network for nearly 24 years.

Since joining, Ann has been part of 75 split placements in Top Echelon. Those 75 splits have helped her amass a career cash-in total in TE Network of nearly $1 million.

According to Top Echelon President and CEO Mark Demaree, Ann is exactly the type of recruiter that Top Echelon has in mind when it comes to Network membership.

“Ann has been one of the most split-placement minded and consistently productive recruiters in the history of TE Network,” said Mark. “She has been and continues to be a model Network member and has made significant contributions to Top Echelon and its recruiters.”

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS has been Director of Network Development in Top Echelon nearly as long as Ann has been a member of TE Network. He lauded Ann for her accomplishments, as well as for her commitment to Top Echelon and her trading partners during the past two-plus decades.

“I can’t say enough about Ann’s desire to network with other recruiters and share resources to make split placements,” said Drea. “She has adhered to all Four Pillars of TE Network—Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation—and she has certainly earned her induction into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame.’

Congratulations to Ann Boland and to all of the recruiters being enshrined into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame in 2025!

And the largest split fees in TE Network for the third quarter of the year!

Speaking of which, Network members Ron Sunshine of Ron Sunshine Associates, LLC and Donna Coleman of Donna Coleman and Associates accounted for the largest split of the quarter. That’s because they placed a Vice President of Operations to earn a $50,000 fee at 25%.

But, as you have probably already guessed, that was not the only TE Network split placement with a sizeable fee that members made during the third quarter. There are many more below, including quite a few ties among recruiters.

Because the only thing better than TE Network split placements with big fees are more TE Network split placements with big fees!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in TE Network during the quarter!

Last week, we announced the Recruiters of the Month in TE Network. So you know what that means . . .

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

This week, we’re announcing the Recruiters of the Quarter in the Network!

It should come as no surprise that perennial top producer Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting claimed the top spot for the third quarter. Brad was part of 18 split placements in TE Network during the quarter. Those splits brought him a cash-in total of more than $120K.

Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. also topped $100K for the quarter. Steve made 12 split placements, accumulating a cash-in total of $104,742 in the process.

So while times might be tough in the job market overall and the recruiting profession specifically, there is still money to be made in split placements.

Let’s make the fourth quarter the best that it can be and get ready for a prosperous 2026!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Quarter feature in TE Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The date that each recruiter’s agency joined TE Network
  5. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career
  6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!
