Everybody loves a good success story.

And we have multiple recruiter success stories in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog! Specifically, those success stories start with our placements.

We’ve seen an increase in our Network recruiting placements during the last few weeks, and there are plenty of stories embedded in this week’s batch of splits:

  • Recruiters who made two split placements with each other this week (Twanda DeBorde and Chelsea Knutsen)
  • Two recruiters who made two split placements with different Trading Partners (David Wick and Michael Stuck)
  • Four recruiters who made their first split placement in the Network (Stephen Savage, Chris Critton, Molly Eaton, and Nancy Phillips)

That all adds up to a lot of momentum, for both these recruiters and the rest of the Network. Here’s hoping that the fourth quarter of 2014 is the best quarter of the year yet!

Below are the split jobs that were recently filled by Top Echelon Network recruiters:

  • Tank Manager
  • Tank Manager (another one!)
  • Quality Leader-Food Industry
  • New Product Design Engineer
  • Communication Specialist
  • Servicing System Application Analyst
  • Process Engineer
  • Purchasing Manager
  • Global Manager of Logistics/Distribution
  • Compensation & Benefits Manager
  • SQL Developer
  • SQL DBA

Every quarter, we compile statistics in Top Echelon Network, looking for trends that might interest our Preferred Member recruiters.

We’ve done so again for the third quarter, and we did discover a trend.  That trend is this: the Sales & Marketing discipline is making a surge in the Network as far as placements are concerned.

The Industry & Manufacturing and Engineering disciplines are first and second in the Network, respectively, in terms of placements.  That’s not a surprise.  What IS a surprise is that Sales & Marketing has surpassed IT/Information Systems/Data Processing.

That means Sales & Marketing is now in third place in Top Echelon Network, pushing IT into the fourth position.  Below is a breakdown of the top five disciplines in terms of placements made:

  • Industry & Manufacturing—27.2%
  • Engineering—24.3%
  • Sales & Marketing—11.3%
  • IT/Information Systems/Data Processing—10.4%
  • Healthcare—7.2%

Below are Network statistics for the third quarter, including percentages for job orders, candidates, and placements in relation to the major disciplines.
