Top Echelon members Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. and Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group have both been the Recruiter of the Month in the Network on multiple occasions.

And they battled it out with one another in close fashion last month. When “the dust had settled,” less than $1,000 separated the two recruiters. In the end, it was Kohn who claimed Recruiter of the Month honors with a cash-in total of $82,838!

Kohn snapped a winning streak for Stuck, who had been Recruiter of the Month in the Network in each of the four months preceding August.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the month
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.)
  3. The number of splits the recruiters made during the month
  4. The date that each recruiter’s agency joined Top Echelon Network
  5. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

With this format, there are more likely to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

The only thing better than making your first Top Echelon Network placement . . . is having that placement also win the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award!

And that’s exactly what happened during the month of August. That’s because Beverly Berdine of Kenefick & Associates, Inc. and Kelvin Young of Work Horse Temps, LLC made their first TE split with each other. They placed a Medical Director, and the fee associated with their placement was $52K.

As you can see below, Beverly and Kelvin’s fee was hardly the only sizeable one in TE during the month of August. Network recruiters continue to not only rack up the placements, but also rack up the big placement fees!

August was a good month for split placements in Top Echelon Network. And not only did Network members end the month of August in a strong fashion, but they also started the month of September on a high note.

Once again, Network recruiters hit double digits in splits for the week. They even came close to the 20-placement mark, finishing with 17 placements.

And larger fees are still in style, as 11 of the 17 split placements generated fees of $20K or more and five of the 17 resulted in fees of $30K or more.

Make more placements, generate bigger fees, rinse, and repeat . . .
