August was another big month for big recruiting fees in Top Echelon Network!

That’s because four of the top fees were $40K or more. This includes the top fee, which was $55K.

Abby Kohut of Staffing Symphony, LLC and Larry Gallin of Gallin Associates made the Largest Split Fee of the Month in the Network by placing a Vice President of HR at 20%.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

Summer is quickly coming to an end, but Top Echelon Network recruiters are still “rocking and rolling,” as they accounted for 14 split placements last week.

Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group came close to making an average of one placement per day during a month earlier this year.

Michael came close to reaching that pace again during the month of August. Not only that, but he also billed over $100K through Top Echelon Network in August, earning him Recruiter of the Month honors yet again.

However, he was not alone in one category. Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search also billed over $100K through the Network in August. And the third-place finisher for the month, Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group, billed almost $92K.

As it stands, Michael still holds a $200K lead over Trey in the overall Network standings with four months to go.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the month.
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The date that each recruiter’s agency joined Top Echelon Network.
  5. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
  6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career.

With this format, there are more than likely going to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.
