There’s a lot of good stuff associated with the TE Network split placements listed in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

For starters, congratulations are in order for Janis Mitchell of Precise Resource, Inc. and Kendra Arnold of A Plus Hire Right Search Group, LLC. That’s because Janis and Kendra own the largest split fee of the week. They placed a a Director of Clinical Operations to earn a fee of $37,500 at 25%.

Even better? Kendra recently finalized her first, second, and third split placement as a TE Network member! She scored a “hat trick” right out of the gate and she only became a Network member on March 31 of this year.

So double-congratulations to Kendra and congratulations to everybody who made splits in the Network recently!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from August 11 through August 17, 2025.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Once again, congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

Last week, in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, we announced that we would soon be introducing the members of Top Echelon’s 2025 Hall of Fame class.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

True to our word, we have our first inductee for this year’s class.

And that inductee is (drum roll, please) . . . Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing!

Amy has been a juggernaut ever since she joined TE Network on May 30, 2019. In fact, she reached two impressive milestones within the Network in less than six years:

  • 100 split placements
  • $1 million in cash-in

And of course, Amy has not stopped there. She currently has 104 split placements in TE Network to go along with over $1.3 million in commissions earned from those splits.

And if that wasn’t enough, Amy has routinely earned some of the biggest split fees in the Network during her tenure in TE. Three of the fees that she’s split through TE Network during the past year have been in excess of $60K and one of them was $75K.

However, rather than hear me blather on and on, let’s see what Amy has to say about being inducted into the 2025 Top Echelon Hall of Fame!

— — —

“I have loved recruiting for as long as I can remember. Yes, the financial rewards have been amazing, but even more meaningful is the fact that we get to change lives in ways few other professions can.

“We are the gatekeepers to what someone’s future holds—a door opened, a dream realized, a confidence restored, a life transformed. What we do is impactful, and it reaches far beyond the placement.

“Being a part of Top Echelon Network has expanded my reach and elevated every aspect of my business. It has shown me the true power of collaboration that has led to growth I could never have achieved on my own.

“And beyond the financial rewards, it has given my work a sense of community—a place where I can contribute and be supported at the same time, and where the relationships I’ve built make the journey feel just as important as the results.

“Being inducted into the Hall of Fame is more than an honor—it’s a reminder of what’s possible when we choose partnership over competition.”

Technology and tools are designed to make the tasks of our work easier with data: moving, changing, sharing, scheduling, modifying, noting, sending . . . ad nauseum. “Work smarter, not harder!”

Like any craftsman using the right tools properly to build or create, a recruiter’s work is precise, the end product is beautiful, and they have less chance of losing a finger (placement) in the process.

“Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” –Stephen Hawking

We always think we are so clever and that our ways are the best and only ways to achieve success. However, if we are not constantly adapting, then we are not learning, and if we are not learning, then we will not maintain steady and consistent growth. Entropy will consume us!

It is recorded that at age 87, Michelangleo said, “Yet, I am still learning.” Now let’s couple that with this quote:

“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.” –Bruce Lee.

There is always more to learn, and if we apply what we learn, we evolve, grow, and thrive. How is this not a goal for us every day? We become haughty to anything new and remain trapped in our hypnotic routine.

Now, routine is absolutely important, but if new ideas are not implemented and we do not learn how to use tools properly or more effectively and efficiently, then we are easily overtaken by the predatory world around us.

With the systems/tools of Top Echelon’s recruiting software and TE Network at your fingertips, you need to ask yourself this question:

“What tasks am I doing every day that the software, for which I pay, will help me and my Top Echelon partners conduct business better and more effectively?”

If your answer is, “I am happy with how I am doing things,” then that could be complacency. Possibly, the fear of learning something new is cleverly disguising itself as comfort. Imagine the frog in the pot of water that slowly comes to a boil . . . we all know how that ends.

This Pinnacle Newsletter blog post is to encourage everybody to take time to learn to properly and effectively use the systems of TE Network and TE Recruit. We’ve spent years designing and building these tools so that you can run your desk inside and outside of Top Echelon.

Here are a few tips to start you on your path to learning more:

August is just about over, which is difficult to believe. It seems like it was just yesterday that it was June 1 and all of summer was ahead of us.

Well, not all of summer is left, but there is still a piece of it remaining. That would, of course, include the upcoming Labor Day holiday.

As has been the case for several years, the Top Echelon offices will be closed on Labor Day. This year, that day is Monday, September 1. And, in case you’re wondering, “Top Echelon offices” refers to the following:

Our officers will re-open at 8 a.m. for business as usual on the following day: Tuesday, September 2.

I’d like to take a moment to encourage you to spend time with your friends and loved ones this weekend. This is a good opportunity to “catch your breath” before the final four months of 2025 arrive.

Also, please exercise caution and be careful while you travel. We’ll keep everybody in our thoughts and prayers as you do so.

We hope that you all enjoy a great holiday weekend!

These webinars touch upon a variety of recruiter-related topics. These topics deal with both job candidates and clients. As always, our goal with these webinars is to help agency recruiters and search consultants just like YOU make more placements.

We record these webinars for recruiters who can’t attend the live presentation, and we’re now pleased to offer the video from our most recent webinar by industry trainer and speaker Brad Bialy of Haley Marketing.

The title of that webinar (and corresponding training video) is “What the Best Recruiting Firms Do Differently.”

Below is the official description for this training video:

— — —

Over the past 12 years, Brad Bialy of Haley Marketing has partnered with hundreds of staffing and recruiting firms—from ambitious start-ups to industry giants on SIA’s Largest Staffing Firms list. He’s seen it all: firms skyrocketing in growth and others struggling with dramatic downturns.

You’ll walk away with actionable insights to eliminate guesswork, strengthen your business strategy, and drive more applications and job orders.
