Welcome to the next installment of the “Top Echelon Recruiter Spotlight”!

As has been the case lately, we’re once again highlighting recruiters who have made their first split placement in Top Echelon Network.  That seems to be a common theme lately, but it’s a theme that speaks to the high level of activity and production that’s occurring within the Network.

This week’s recruiter in the “Spotlight,” Richard Lowe, has made three placements in Top Echelon within the past three months.  One of those placements prompted the glowing words below by one of his Trading Partners, George Seipel.

Considering the way Lowe has been blazing a trail through the Network during the past three months, there’s a good chance this won’t be the last time we hear from him . . . or from the recruiters who split large placement fees with him!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS (AND THE CANDIDATE MATCHING):

Top Echelon Network recruiters are doing more than just providing quality, grade-A candidates to their Trading Partners.  They’re doing a great job of candidate matching, as well.

That’s evidenced in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” as you can see by the recruiter comments listed below.  Network recruiters continue to be extremely satisfied by the work that their Trading Partners are doing to find the candidates they need to fill their clients’ job orders.

And once again, we have two sets of recruiters who are making their first split placements together in the Network.  This is a good omen, since as we’ve stated before on numerous occasions, once you make one split placement together, that greatly increases the chances that you’ll make multiple split placements together (five, 10, 15, etc.).

And the chances that these recruiters will close multiple deals together, as well . . .

three more Top Echelon Network anniversaries to celebrate during the month of August!

This month, we’re spacing them out rather well, with one five-year, one 10-year, and one 15-year anniversary.  The latter is for Bob Ferris of Ferris & Associates, LLC.  As we’ve stated, we don’t recognize every agency that’s celebrating an anniversary.  Instead, we focus on the “big” ones—five, 10, 15, 20, and 25-year anniversaries.

Ferris has made 71 placements in Top Echelon since becoming a Preferred Member of the Network.  However, this is what’s impressive: he supplied the candidate in every single one of those split placements, making him one of the most successful pure exporters in Top Echelon Network.

So we want to thank Bob Ferris, Dee Ray, and Jeff Doepker for their commitment as Preferred Members, and we also want to help them celebrate their respective Network anniversaries in Top Echelon. Congratulations!
