We thought that Top Echelon Network recruiters finished the month of July strong by recording 13 split placements in a single week. Apparently, we didn’t know the true definition of the word “strong.”

Because Network recruiters racked up 25 splits last week, nearly doubling their total from the end of last month!

Once again, a number of the recruiting fees associated with these placements are more than $20K and three of them topped $30K. In addition, multiple recruiters accounted for more than one Network placement and some of them even registered their first-ever TE split placement.

With top talent in short supply in the employment marketplace and the number of job orders growing in Top Echelon on an almost daily basis, business is good for Network members.

And if current conditions persist, conditions will continue to be good throughout the rest of the third quarter and the rest of 2021!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the week of Monday, August 2, through Sunday, August 8.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

Top Echelon offers a free monthly webinar as part of its Expert Recruiter Coaching Series.

These webinars touch upon a variety of recruiter-related topics. These topics deal with both job candidates and clients. As always, our goal with these webinars is to help professional recruiters and executive search consultants just like YOU make more placements.

We record these webinars for those recruiters who can’t attend the live presentation, and we’re now pleased to offer the video from our most recent webinar by Barb Bruno, CPC/CTS of Good as Gold Training.

The title of that webinar (and corresponding training video) is “Filling More of the Business You Write.”

Below is the official description for this training video:

— — —

Who wants to fill more job orders, contracts, or assignments?

YOU do, of course, and you can find out how during the next training video in Top Echelon’s Expert Recruiter Coaching Series of webinars, presented by Barb Bruno, CPC/CTS of Good as Gold Training!

Nationwide, many recruiting and staffing firms are filling less than 15% of business written. Imagine how much more money you would earn if you filled 25% or 50% more of the business that’s written!

Account executives, imagine the impact if most of the business you wrote was successfully filled. Recruiters, imagine how great it would be if business written matched the talent that you’re representing.

Owners, think of the money, profits, and time you lose from all of the business that was written, but not filled! What impact does that have on your reputation?

During this special training video, Barb will share specific steps that you can take to increase that percentage immediately, including how to:

  • Identify your best business
  • Make sure all interviewers are on the same page
  • Prioritize job orders, contracts, or temp assignments
  • Ask one question that increases engagement and retention
  • Present top talent more quickly than your competitors
  • Provide your sales team with daily leads (recruiters)
  • Schedule 100% of the candidates you present
  • Provide your candidates with a competitive edge

So don’t be satisfied with what you’ve also gotten . . . watch this training video and start “Filling More of the Business You Write”!
