We’ve had multiple fees of over $70K in Top Echelon Network so far in 2021, and the Largest Split Fee of the Month in June was $68,750.

And now we’re pleased to report that we’ve breached the $70K mark again for the month of July!

That’s because Dean Moriki of MDLink and Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting are sharing the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award due to the $71,250 fee they scored for placing a Medical Director of Clinical Research.

Dean is no stranger to large recruiting fees in the Network. He also split a $75,000 fee with Abby Kohut of Staffing Symphony, LLC earlier this year.

As you can see below, Dean and Gary’s fee was hardly the only sizeable one in TE during the month of July. Network recruiters continue to not only rack up the placements, but also rack up the big placement fees!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

Thirteen certainly seems to be the lucky number in Top Echelon Network this week.

After all, Network recruiters made 13 split placements, and not only that, but Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group also made 13 splits in June to once again claim Recruiter of the Month honors.

Michael made 20 splits in May and added another 23 in June. While he was not able to approach those numbers last month, his production ($97,280) was still enough to hold off the second-place challenger, Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group.

  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.)

Whereas Top Echelon Network recruiters celebrated the Independence Day holiday recently by making 13 split placements in TE, they finished the month of July strong by making the same number!

As you can see by the placements listed below, two things are evident . . .

First, despite the fact that it’s summer and many people are taking breaks and vacations, activity in Top Echelon Network remains high.

Second, the recruiting fees associated with Top Echelon Network splits also remain high, as evidenced by the eight fees below that are $20K or larger.

There were also a lot of “firsts” in the Network last week. That’s because six of the 13 split placements were between recruiters who made their very first deal together. (That alone is cause for additional celebration!)

It’s a BIG month for anniversaries in Top Echelon’s recruiting network . . . in more ways than one!

First, there are a total of 45 Network agencies celebrating an anniversary this month, one of the highest numbers we’ve ever had. Second, we have not one, not two, not three, not four, but five agencies that are celebrating anniversaries of 20 years or more.

Both EXEK Recruiters, Ltd. in Rochester, New York and MEIRxRS/Med Exec Intl in Glendale, California are celebrating their 29th anniversary in Top Echelon Network, while Career Search Associates in Des Moines, Iowa is celebrating 23 years in the Network.
